In 2020, Sheryl Oliver and a passionate working Board founded New Jersey Angels, a nonprofit chapter of National Angels that serves children and families in the foster care system throughout the state. The organization's mission is to walk alongside children, youth, and families in the foster care community by offering consistent support through intentional giving, relationship building, and mentorship. The Love Box and Dare to Dream programs match volunteers with fostering families to provide wrap-around support that allows families to continue to do the vital work of fostering and changes the outcomes of foster care for children and youth.
