Mark R Reinhart has been actively involved in the energetic arts since the age five. He plays and teaches guitar and piano, is a Alumni of Berklee College of Music, Boston, MA and has performed through the country both as a soloist and with numerous bands, most notably Jay Black and the Americans (This Magic Moment, Cara Mia, etc.). Mark entered the world of Eastern Philosophy in the mid 1960s. He has extensive and ongoing training in all aspects of theTraditional and Classical Chinese healing arts including herbs, stones, dietary, essential oils and acupuncture/acupressure. He has training in the St. John method of Neuromuscular Therapy. Mark is versed in numerous styles and systems of Qigong and Taijiquan, as well as other Internal and External martial arts. He holds a Master's Degree in Medical Qigong and has been a Professional Member of the National Qigong Association (NQA) since 2006, serving on the Board of Directors of the NQA for fourteen years sitting as President for four years. He lectures, teaches and holds workshops across the country and has been a regular presenter at the NQA Annual Conferences and various Holistic Expos. Mark is the creator of Three Rivers/12 Steps: Qigong for Recovery which combines the 12 Steps of AA and the Chinese Philosophy providing a unique approach to addressing addiction and the addictive mindset. His book. Tune Up... You're on in Ten Minutes was published in 2004, and his current work, Thunder Over Wind...
